Meet Attorney Robert L. Boydstun
When I started practicing law in 1980, I worked in a plaintiffs personal injury firm under the direct supervision of one of the senior partners, a seasoned trial lawyer. After almost three years learning the ins and outs of a personal injury practice, I moved on to a firm that practiced insurance defense. There I was retained by many insurance companies to defend their policyholders in lawsuits brought by plaintiffs who had filed personal injury claims. My success in that area helps me to this day as a lawyer representing clients who are injured or need help. In 2000, I opened my own office. At that time, I once again started to represent plaintiffs in personal injury actions. I also added Elder Law and Trusts and Estates as practice areas. Since 2000, my firm, the Law Office of Robert L. Boydstun, has advocated for clients in White Plains and throughout the State of New York.
